Burnley: Michael Keane and Andre Gray
I think Burnley show that the culture and attitude around a club are more important than spending. What have Keane and Gray done since leaving? Tarkowski replaces Keane at Burnley then gets his England spot. Gray has done nothing all season. Dyche has a system and he gets player's to fit it. The opposite to the random signings at West Ham. Hungry player's with something to prove. They sold their best player's and finished higher in the league on a lower budget than us. We are so badly run it is unbelievable. With big clubs like Villa out of the league and Newcastle coming up with a small budget this was the season to establish West Ham in that group just below the top 6. Where is the new director of football? Doesn't he need to be in before the window opens?

Oh fuck Burnley. They have been fucking shite for years constantly hanging on by their coat-tails. All of a sudden they have a decent run and put together a decent season and they are football's fucking gods. The club everyone should aspire to. Fuck them the fucking northern cunts.

Dyche done a great job but that's in comparison to his usual shite he turns out year after year the fucking ginger cunt.

If he does the same thing next season I will take my hat off but when they in the relegation battle next year and scraping to stay in the PL it will be business as usual.

It would be a pleasure and a joy to have our club run like Burnley's

How do we appoint a Director of Football without knowing what League we will be in

will be a different set of requirements and also a different set of candidates that want the job depending where we are

For example the bloke at Leicester has been linked, he's not gonna take the job if we go down

Yeah, buying and selling at the right time. Ayew and Fonte were bad purchases at the time. Their sales could of backfired too. Feeling better after a point yesterday. The pursuit of player's like Alfie Mawson should stop. We need to scout the next Mawson style player. Not pay way over the odds to a rival team.

This basically. When Burnley get relegated next season and Dyche stops being flavour of the month some other tinpot club who's come up from the Championship will no doubt replace them as the darlings of WHO who West Ham should aspire to be like.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was Brighton next with Hughton getting the plaudits Dyche is now.

From the bloke that though Nordtveit was a great player. Classic.

You're probably lucky I don't go to games because if we met I'd likely beat the shit out of you. Be thankful.

Every team outside the top 6 has their ups and downs.
The problem for teams like Southampton and Swansea is that even if they are getting it right they get their best players picked off time after time and have to find new ones over and over.
And they cant afford to have a couple of £15m players turn out to be failures or they will be back in the bottom 6.

I have a feeling Burnley could be the new Southampton/Swansea on here if either of those get relegated.

If you want a big lad up front to lead the attack Wood is a decent player.
Certainly worth £15m in todays game.
Doesn't have the talent of Carroll but appears to have a brain and heart.
And doesn't spend 90% of the season sitting around plaiting his pony tail pissed out of his head.

Vexed, you know nothing about football, you fucking cabbage. You don't go to games, you watch dodgy streams, and offer fuck all to anything other than being a fucking cunt.

You are a pus infected scab on the end of a genital wart.

Re: Burnley: Michael Keane and Andre Gray
Selling Keane when he was flavour of the month was good business given they had spotted Tarkowski. The possible lesson for us was maybe selling Antonio when HE was everyones DARLING if you could have lined up someone like James Maddison.

They sold Gray for £18m and bought Wood for £15m. The lesson here was if you sell Ayew don't buy a Championship donkey for half the money .... get at least an equivalent player.

Burnley have had a great season but there’s no need to go over the top. They’re just the best of the shit right now.
